Placing an order with us is easy! Simply send an email to indogemstone@gmail.com with the details of the items you are interested in and the quantity you would like to purchase.
When it comes to payment and shipping, we require a 50% deposit for your order, with the balance due upon shipment. We typically wholesale our products by the 20' container load, which we ship by sea. However, we're also happy to sell retail for small orders and ship by air, although the shipping charges will be higher.
If you're placing a custom order, please allow approximately 30 days for manufacturing time. Once your order is ready to ship, it will take approximately 30 days to arrive at your nearest ocean cargo port by sea. Your customs broker can then arrange for delivery from the port to your doorstep.
